The components that make up the complete Pathway suite are:

• Pathway Search provides an enterprise information and document search capability. It is a proven module that enables organisations to rapidly and simultaneously access both unstructured and structured data sources. Pathway Search is a simple to use, instantly effective solution that requires no change to current practices, has no impact to existing systems, and negates the need for intervention by users or any relocation of data.
• Pathway Request provides a request management module that enables requests to be logged, tracked and progressed through customisable workflows. With a powerful, inbuilt reporting capability and email alerting that can warn users when requests are reaching target dates, Pathway ensures effective management of requests.
• Pathway Library allows the creation of virtual libraries and taxonomies of documents. Pathway Libraries help to simplify and automate the often complex process of building taxonomies and managing documents across an organisation, thereby accelerating and encouraging collaborative working.
• Pathway Publish extends the solution into document workflow management by incorporating authorization routing, publishing, version control and distribution management.
• Pathway Scan provides the ability to scan hardcopy documents into Pathway via a scanner and enabling the scanned image to be linked to requests or libraries where an automatic OCR allows the document content to be searched.
• Pathway Workflow extends the current workflow capability in Pathway Request to introduce business process mapping and workflow events.
• Pathway Alert provides proactive document distribution, registering of interests, user prompts to changes and distribution reporting, so the author knows a document or library has been reviewed by other people.
• Pathway Report opens up the information held in Pathway to a built in report writer which managed through Pathway security module, allows users to create and distribute detailed reports effectively and to provide tailored management information.
• Pathway Archive allows the virtual archiving of documents to manage the archiving process, but still giving users the searching and summarisation facility.
