Alpha Zero engaged by major Retail client

Alpha Zero have been engaged by a major retail client to assist in the implementation of their new commercial strategy.

The focus of the project was:

Current state analysis to identify strategy blockers
Review of Organisational design and definition of new roles using RACI techniques
Design, development and facilitation of comprehensive workshops to mobilize organizational resources behind new organizational design
Creation of effective cross functional teams and initial action plans
Development and buy-in to comprehensive implementation plan
