Steve Pearsall – Managing Director & Director of Consulting

Steve has 20+ years experience in senior line and consultancy roles operating in critical functions including business strategy, human resources, manufacturing and supply chain. He has cross sector experience covering financial services, public sector, FMCG, manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, utilities, retail, and professional services.

Major projects have included:

• Leading change programmes including; start-up, merger and acquisition, developing channel strategies in IT, HR consultancy, process re-engineering
• Providing change strategy to establish new technology company providing software services to cash and derivative exchanges
• Delivered large scale pan European transformation site rationalization projects resulting in savings in excess of £10 million
• Proving project management for implementation of ERP Systems for major clients. Providing expert HR content for the design, development of HRIS systems

In his spare time, 3 small children keep Steve busy! However he manages to find time to indulge his passion for all sports – currently keeping fit by running and the gym, playing tennis and swimming. Steve also enjoys music – he is learning to play the piano and enjoys live concerts.

Amir Shirazi – Technical Development Manager

Amir is the key client manager at Alpha Zero and also manages the off-shore development team. He ensures effective communication with our clients. He also provides technical expertise to our clients and oversees new ventures, writing specifications and managing the development cycle. He has many years experience working at companies across various sectors.

Amir also has vast expertise in the development of e-commerce sites and led the full life cycle development of a Payment Gateway.

In his spare time Amir is interested in financial trading systems, artificial intelligence techniques in software development and business innovation. He also tries to keep fit by cycling to work (weather permitting) and swimming a couple of times a week.

Claire Paget – Marketing Lead

Claire has more than 10 years experience in various roles. She has worked in several areas including technology, retail, not-for-profit, NHS, automotive sector and recruitment.

Key projects and responsibilities have included:

• Website copy and design input
• Preparing tenders and software demos
• Training clients to use software
• Marketing strategy and materials
• Client support

In her spare time Claire enjoys cooking, reading, films and spending time with friends and family. She does not enjoy running but does it anyway to try and keep fit and healthy.

Jahid Rahman – Country Manager Bangladesh

Jahid is the Manager of our offshore development team in Bangladesh. He has 12+ years experience in Information Technology Industries. This includes 5+ years experience in requirement analysis, system design and application software & web development and also in project planning & management, organization development and strategic planning. He has played a key role in building a successful and sustainable offshore development company.

Mamun Rashid – Team Leader - Development

Mamun is a Senior Systems Analyst with considerable experience working as a programmer in various companies. He is degree-educated with a particular interest in research and development in new technologies.

In his spare time Mamun enjoys music, cricket, reading, swimming and travelling.

Ahasan Habib – Team Leader - Development

Ahasan is a senior software engineer. He has experience and expertise in the architecture and design of new products, the development of products and also Research and Development into new technology. He has 8+ years experience of software development roles.

In his spare time, Ahasan enjoys travelling, reading and computer programming.
